INTERNAL AUDIT SUPPORT (IAS)
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum Bachelor Degree with GPA > 3.00
* Fresh graduate, or having experience in Customer Service and Operation within banking industry
* Outstanding skills on Customer Service oriented
* Outstanding on problem indication and have a strong analytical thinking
* Able to work well under tight deadline
* Able to work independently as well as work in team
* Able to work under pressure with a minimum supervision
* PC literate and excellent interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare all related vendor payment/administration job
* Assist travel arrangements; ordering tickets and making itineraries
* Filing management for the Internal Audit Division
* Administer outstanding and past due internal audit findings
* Prepare and distribute minutes of meeting within Internal Audit Division
* Monitor and track internal audit activities
* Others
RECEPTIONIST (RCP)
Required Qualifications and Skills :
* Bachelor’s Degree/Secretarial Academy from a reputable university with good academic standing
* Having experience at least 1 (one) year as a Receptionist or other related field
* Mature, proactive and fast learner
* Strong commitment, trustworthy, highly motivated and disciplined
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and administration skills
* Excellent PC literacy and proficient in written and spoken English
* Ability to commit for 6 months (contract subject to extension)
* Ability to start work immediately
Key Responsibilities :
* To handle incoming and outgoing telephone
* To manage the receipt of all incoming mail
* To ensure that callers and visitor (internal & external) are provide with good service
* Make sure that all contact list are kept update
* Produce periodic activity report
CHANNEL MANAGEMENT & DOCUMENTATIONUNIT HEAD UNIT HEAD - (CMDU)
Specific Requirements:
* Have good knowledge and understanding on the field’s concepts, practices, banking product, services and general policies/procedures (Channel Management)
* Have good knowledge and understanding on ATM and PIN production process, courier delivery, and ATM transaction settlement and claim (Channel Management)
* Have good knowledge and understanding on legal credit and liability documentation area (Documentation)
General Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor's Degree from reputable university with GPA >3.00
* Minimum 2 (two) years of managerial role and 4 (four) years of banking experience
* Demonstrate high service attitude with good analytical, judgment and problem solving skills
* Good people management, interpersonal and leadership skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Have a skill on prepare a comprehensive
* High integrity, risk focus and attention to detail
* Proactive and able to work cooperatively within a team environment
* Outstanding PC skill on Microsoft Office and proficient in written and spoken English
